Mod Post: Opinions

Hey everyone,
So as you can probably already tell, I've created a master list of the previous prompts and you can find it here or on the tags page under the tag: prompts!master_list. This list will be updated weekly (Saturday) with that weeks prompts with the links going to those entries. If you have a response to any of the prompts from last year to this year, feel free to comment on the corresponding post and it will be included in the next Weekly Roundup!

I was curious what your opinions were regarding the format of the prompts.
Do you like the image style or would you prefer no image and just the word(s)/lyric(s) bold and/or larger? Please let me know which you prefer as soon as you can! If it doesn't matter then stardoll and I will create a way that is easy and clean!

The tags will be changing soon - organized by what kind of prompt it is (ie: lyrics, photograph, quotes and words). The profile is also changing accordingly, information being added such as the master list and our new weekly round-ups!

There will be a new post momentarily that will be under the tag: Mod!Contact so if you have a question/concern/suggestion you can contact us there! It hasn't been decided if comments will be screened but if they aren't and it's something you don't want to ask out loud, feel free to PM us!

I wonder if having the prompts be text instead of images might be more accessible? I don't know how they would show up for people using screen readers, etc.: this might not be a big deal (particularly if you use the alt text thing for the image), but something to consider...

That is a very good point and definitely something to take into consideration! After I posted this, I started to think that we might just go with a text prompt instead of the image. We'll see what others say (if they say anything) and go from there! Thanks!

The image style prompts are pretty and eye-catching, but I like being able to copypaste prompts into my writing doc. /is lazy

Thanks for your response! I definitely understand the lazy part, because I feel the same way most of the time! I think we will probably go with the text format as it seems to be the popular decision and it's definitely far simpler! :)
