Ooh. No fic at the moment, but I love the Falls, I grew up near there. The water has to be seen in person to be fully appreciated. It's deadly and gorgeous and it really is that green marble/jade colour. In the winter all that mist coats everything and turns it into ice slicks, which is awful except that the trees and lamp posts and such turn into magical things, especially with the incredible light shows at night.
Oh wow, that sounds absolutely amazing! It LOOKS amazing - I can only imagine being there and seeing it in person. Hopefully, one day, I'll make it up and see it! :D
